When there are more work being done at the same time or the scale of work is bigger, the pricing will get cheaper due to economic of scale

Factors affecting ceiling / partition work pricing

  1. Logistic: whether the place is accessible or have direct access. If there is no lift landing and materials need to be transported via the staircase, the logistic charge will be very high. For example a roof top of 3 story landed house or 4th floor old apartment without lift
  2. Height: If the height is higher than 3.2m, it will be necessary to use scaffolding to access the ceiling which will increase the cost of installation or repair
  3. Curve design ceiling or partition will increase labour cost
  4. Splitting job scope: If the same work need to be split into 2 different days due to whatever reason. The installation cost will increase.
  5. Installation hour: For commercial work, if the installation is after office hour, the labour cost will be higher
